For publishers, partners and acquirers

Partnerships and Acquisitions

Reign Creative LLC builds and owns a portfolio of 61 Android apps and games, published on Google Play as Reign Collective Apps. We are open to serious discussions about any of them — partnerships, licensing, publishing and distribution, co-development, and the acquisition of a single app, several apps or the portfolio.

What we are open to

Every app is different, so the right arrangement depends on what it does and who it is for. Each app’s overview, linked in the directory below, explains which of these fit it and why.

  • Publishing and distribution

A publisher or distributor takes on marketing, store presence in new regions or bundling, while the app keeps its development home.

  • Licensing and white-label

Licensing an app or its content, or a branded version for an organisation, where the app’s design makes that technically feasible.

  • Co-development

Building new content, modes or features with a partner who brings subject knowledge, art, or an audience.

  • Localization

Adapting an app for a new language or market with a partner who knows it.

  • Educational and institutional partnerships

Schools, tutoring services, museums and cultural organisations using a learning app with their students or members.

  • Sponsorship and cross-promotion

Sponsored content or events where they suit the app and its audience, and promotion between complementary apps.

  • Integrations

Connecting an app with another product, limited to what its existing capabilities support or framed clearly as new work.

  • Acquisition

The acquisition of an individual app, a group of apps or the portfolio, through diligence, a written agreement and the platforms’ own transfer processes.

How a discussion works

  1. Step 1

    A first email

Tell us who you are, which app or apps you mean and what you have in mind. A first message should not contain confidential, financial or personal information.

  2. Step 2

    A conversation

If there is a fit, we arrange a call to understand the goal on both sides and whether the app can support it.

  3. Step 3

    Confidential detail under an NDA

Information that is not public — technical, commercial or operational — is shared only with qualified parties and, where appropriate, under a non-disclosure agreement.

  4. Step 4

    Diligence and a written agreement

Any partnership, licence or sale depends on due diligence and terms both sides sign. Moving an app between developer accounts follows Google Play’s own transfer process.

Google Play moves an app between developer accounts through a transfer request in Play Console. According to Google’s help page, Transfer apps to a different developer account, the app’s users, download statistics, ratings and reviews, content ratings and store listing move with it, while earnings and payout reports do not. The developer account itself and services outside Google Play are not part of a Play transfer; what any agreement covers is decided in that agreement.

The portfolio, by kind of app

Each app links to its own overview: what it does, who it suits as a partner, and what we would bring to a conversation about it.

Sports career games

Fifteen games that follow one athlete’s career, from a quarterback reading a defence to a cricketer choosing between pace and spin. Some are decision-led simulations and some put the controls in the player’s hands; between them they cover basketball, American football, soccer, baseball, hockey, golf, tennis, rugby union, motorsport, boxing and cricket — one approach to career play applied across eleven sports.

Draft, GM and league management

Nine games about building rosters and running leagues rather than playing matches: perfect-season draft challenges across seven sports, and two league sandboxes with commissioner controls. Their player pools draw on real players’ careers with each game’s own ratings, and none is affiliated with a league, team or players’ association.

Language learning

Ten beginner courses, most of them for languages the large apps serve thinly — Lao, Khmer, Marathi, Shanghainese and Cantonese — alongside Thai, Malay, Vietnamese, Russian and Italian. Nine of the ten also run in the other direction, teaching English to speakers of the language, which widens the audience a school, tutoring service or community organisation could reach.

History, mathematics and reasoning

Three study-and-practice apps: an interactive world-history timeline with an alternate-history mode, a brain-training app whose IQ-style results are labelled as estimates, and a discrete-mathematics companion for computer-science students. Museums, educational publishers, schools and tutoring services are the obvious conversations.

Financial education

A beginner trading simulator that teaches how shares, orders, portfolios and risk work through lessons and paper trading with virtual money. It is education and simulation only — no brokerage, no advice, no signals — so the relevant partners are financial-literacy programmes, schools and learning platforms.

Health, food and wellbeing

Two macro trackers — one for protein, one for keto net carbs — a recipe and weekly meal planner, and a breathing app with animated guides. They are tracking and routine tools rather than medical products, which shapes the partners that fit: meal-planning services, fitness educators and wellness publishers rather than clinical providers.

Productivity and utilities

Three practical tools, each built around one everyday task: playing local video files, working with PDFs, and turning recorded speech into text. Utilities like these are where integration, bundling and distribution partnerships tend to start.

Creative, journaling and cosy games

Five relaxed titles with a strong visual style: an anime coloring book, a kawaii notes and journal app, a cosy town builder, a block-building sandbox RPG and a dragon virtual-pet game. Art direction is the common thread, which suits character, brand and licensing collaborations.

Arcade, action and strategy

Seven short-session games: two vertical space shooters, a zombie survival roguelike, an io arena, two tower defence games — one with a hero and idle progression — and a gunship shooter. Compact action titles like these suit publishers, cross-promotion partners and localization work.

Trivia and social casino

An anime trivia and word game, and two slots games played with virtual coins only. The slots titles are rated Teen on Google Play and describe an adult audience; any partnership around them has to keep them clear of real-money gambling and of content aimed at children.

Collectibles tools

A trading-card scanner that identifies cards, measures centring and shows third-party market estimates. Hobby shops, collection-management services and collector communities are the natural fits; it is not affiliated with any card company or grading service.
