About this app
Life Simulator: City Builder combines town building with everyday life. You place homes, roads, facilities and production spaces, guide residents as they move in, and follow a story told through quests, chapters and events. Resources, orders and upgrades give the building a purpose, and farming is part of the daily rhythm — grow crops, organise supplies and use them for construction and production.
It is designed to be relaxed rather than punishing. You can follow the guided goals or ignore them for a while, return to unfinished projects whenever you like, and plan for convenience, for looks or for a neighbourhood you simply enjoy. Residents have daily activities, personal goals and community milestones, which connects the story to the places you build.
Sandbox play is there for pure design: construction can be instant when enabled, while normal costs in cash and materials still apply. The store screenshots also show resident wellbeing, a budget, essential services, achievements and multiple town saves.
